Jacob Stats
* CURRENT STATS *
Age: 3 years
Height: 37.5"
Weight: 30.5 lbs.
Size: Mostly 2T still, some 3T. He's slim, so definitely 2T in pants, but 3T pajamas.
New Tricks: Great at riding his tricycle, although he hates the helmet. Good at throwing - not so great at catching. Good at kicking too. Spells his name, but also spells everyone's name J-A-C-O-B (we'll work on that!).
Vocabulary: Very diverse vocabulary and speaks very well. Gives commands (too often), listens to directions (not as well), repeats words, uses new words correctly. He's amazing!
* OLDER STATS *
Age: 2 years
Height: 35 inches
Weight: 29 pounds
Size: mostly 2T (although some 18-24 month bottoms still fit - he wore 18-24 month size through the winter/spring '07-'08)
New Tricks: Stacks things (like his Duplo storage boxes) so he can reach things on the kitchen counter; can climb into his booster at the kitchen table; can count to 20 (with some occassional mistakes); can recite the alphabet (with some occassional mistakes).
New Words: Repeats everything! Is the "master of the obvious." Will point out something and repeat it until you acknowledge it. For example,
Jacob: "Mommy, white shirt."
Me: "Yes, mommy is wearing a white shirt."
Age: 18+ months
Height: 33 inches
Weight: 27 pounds
Size: 12-18 months (still! - though he's starting to grow out of some things, but is still too small for 18-24 months size.)
Age: 15-16 months
Height: 31.5 inches
Weight: 24.5 pounds
Size: 12-18 months
Words: dog (doe!), ball (bal-bal) likes to say it twice)
New Tricks: Fully walking, understands diaper change & will walk to the changing table.
New Tricks: Says, "No, no no" when he's doing something he shouldn't be doing. He claps along (in time!) and sshh's on que with his favorite Wiggles song, "Rock-A-Bye Your Bear."

Size: 12-18 months
New words: dog (dah), peek-a-boo (pee!), bubbles (buh-buh)
New tricks: takes 3-4 steps when coached (by dad, gets too excited with mom around)
